Our terms are simple, straightforward, and readable. We want you to feel secure and enjoy creating clean, stunning mockup assets for all your projects.
1. Acceptable Use
Mockupio is a browser-first design and layout sandbox. You are fully welcome in our terms to use this mockup builder for both personal portfolios and high-converting commercial landing pages. You agree that any screenshot designs exported from here will be used in appropriate contexts, and not for distributing harmful, misleading, or malicious activities.
2. Absolute No Warranties
This application operates strictly under your client's web browser, using native browser features. We offer no guarantees that the tool's 3D perspective, macOS bezel frames, or color options will work uniformly across all historical web browsers or systems. It is provided on an "as-is" basis, with no warranties of continuous service or feature additions.
3. Limitation of Liability
Because mockupio runs completely offline in your local environment, we store none of your screenshots, project states, or configuration variables on any remote database. We are not liable for any data loss, expired browser caches, corrupted screenshot exports, or technical system glitches occurred during rendering.
4. Service Adjustments
We periodically roll out updates to this Astro template on the marketplace to enhance rendering speeds, support wider browser frame variables, and add clean viewport configurations. We reserve the right to alter existing design defaults. Such changes are local to your workspace cache and can be synced or overwritten in-browser.
5. Support and Communications
Since this is a self-hostable theme template, mockups are entirely client-driven. Support queries regarding custom integration on external backend services are beyond general template maintenance guidelines, but we'll always try to assist you with fundamental rendering issues.
